Amanda DeKleine PT, DPT, LSVT
CLINIC DIRECTOR
Amanda is a proud New Jersey native with a passion for helping people move and feel their best. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences from Stockton University and went on to complete her Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) at the University of the Sciences in Philadelphia.
Amanda specializes in balance and vestibular therapy, making her a perfect fit for FYZICAL’s unique, results-driven approach. She’s dedicated to helping patients overcome dizziness, balance issues, and regain their confidence.
She’s also certified in LSVT BIG, a specialized program that helps individuals with Parkinson’s disease improve their movement, mobility, and independence.

Community Liaison
Sheryl is our Community Liaison. Her friendly, outgoing personality enables us to connect with our local community and doctors. She does a great job of letting everyone know about how we can people Love Their Life again!
Kareesha Hill
Customer Care Specialist
Kareesha is our Customer Care Specialist (CCS). Kareesha loves to help our patients with their scheduling and understanding their insurance coverage! She really enjoys helping others get better and seeing people improve their lives.
Donika Sheth
Physical Therapist
Donika Sheth is a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist possessing strong manual therapy skills and experience treating a wide range of orthopedic conditions. Donika is also training in vestibular therapy to expand her expertise in balance and dizziness care. Trilingual in English, Gujarati, and Hindi, she is committed to making every patient feel supported and understood.
